Notes
- Feel free to double, triple, or even quadruple this recipe. Super easy to make for guests.
- You can easily eliminate either the pineapple or orange juice if you wish. Just do not eliminate both. Cranberry orange or cranberry pineapple both taste delicious.
- Instead of maple syrup, feel free to use either honey, date syrup, or even simple syrup if you wish.
- To make this mocktail completely sugar-free, you can swap out the maple syrup sweetener for a few drops of liquid stevia or 1 tablespoon of monkfruit.
- It is important to add the ginger beer as your very last step. This keeps the fizz and carbonation fresh.
- This is a mocktail, a non-alcoholic drink. However, if you’d like to add alcohol, vodka would be the best choice.
- To make this mocktail in advance, measure out the juices and pour them into a tightly sealed jar, like a mason jar. Add the maple syrup and stir. This sweetened juice mixture can be stored in the fridge until you are ready to use.
- When you are ready to make your mocktail, continue with the recipe by pouring the juice into a rock glass filled with crushed ice. Then pour over the ginger beer, garnish, and enjoy!
